Treatment entails all time spent with your RMT including: administration, interview, assessment, treatment, and home care.

30min $75 >>> $80 **this duration is only available to the following: ICBC follow up appointments, children and youth, and by recommendation of the RMT.

Direct Billing to most extended health insurance is available. Accurate information, including secondary coverage, is important for the claim to go through.
Direct billing to ICBC is unavailable. Patients are responsible for payment at the clinic and a receipt will be issued for reimbursement. ICBC may or may not cover the full cost of treatment.
ICBC claims are accepted. Any treatments rendered beyond 12 weeks of date of incident may or may not be covered by ICBC.

Your Appointment
Late Arrival, Late Cancellation or Missed Visit are subject to a fee. Patients who provide less than 24 hours’ notice to make a change to their appointment will be charged a late arrival fee or a cancellation fee at their expense. Patients who do not provide any notice at all will be charged the full treatment fee also at their expense.
