My Background

I trained at the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in Victoria and have been practicing in Central Vancouver Island since 2014. My approach is modest, addressing a wide range of musculoskeletal concerns from people of all walks of life. I share my passion for physical activity and science of movement, and further nurture this through continued education and exploration. My most recent focus has been on post-operative scar tissue mobilization with postural and biomechanical correction. My interest is expanding to the latest theories of pain science and its management in functional therapy.

My Approach

I am excited to get to know the Oceanside community and set deep roots. I will connect with you at your current state of health and collaboratively work toward a favorable outcome. I believe that therapy works best when we are both involved and invested in your health and wellbeing. My style is thoughtful and intuitive, often incorporating deeper work with myofascial and movement techniques as necessary.

In my free time, I hang with my active family in the easygoing vibe of Oceanside. I find my creative expression in the grounding rhythms of partnered African dance and dare to surf our wild west coast waves.
